AB Workouts

There are Ab workouts that are based from the Body Joy Method.  The Body Joy Method is a mix of Pilates, Barre-Sculpt, and Dance-Cardio! Be sure to choose the video that looks like the most fun and enjoyable for you! Don't forget to take it at your own pace and modify as needed :)
