Leg Workouts

There are Leg workouts that are based from the Body Joy Method.  The Body Joy Method is a mix of Pilates, Barre-Sculpt, and Dance-Cardio! Be sure to choose the video that looks like the most fun and enjoyable for you! Don't forget to take it at your own pace and modify as needed :)

You can do this with a chair or even a counter top, so feel free to do this wherever and whenever you get the urge to move your legs <3

Be sure to do as many or as few reps that you need! <3
