Body Joy Workouts

  What we need from one day to the next can be very different and these quick 2 min. workouts allow you to cultivate flexibility and freedom to workout as much or as little as you desire. 

In the beginning and end of each workout we set an intention to move with love and gratitude.  So this is NOT about looking different but rather exercising to FEEL better and stronger.
